The song, "You'll Never Walk Alone", has special significance to soccer players.

To hear, watch a pre
-game video from the Champion League Match between teams from which Christian Franek's (president of US Soccer) team (Celtic) and Jason's team (A.C.)  names were taken.

Franek states, "Jason is involved with coaching two teams, the "A.C." team (in black) in our recreational soccer league, and the competitive "Soccer Academie INTER98" team" (the one receiving the trophy in the photo to the right),for  which he is one of the founding coached.  His dedication to the kids in both has been outstanding.  He is missed, but everyone is hopeful and looking forward to his return."

April's mom submitted three photos.  She writes:   My name is April and my daughter, Kendall, played for Jason this spring.  We just wanted to share these pictures with you and your family.  I also wanted you to know that we are praying for Jason every day.  Jason had to spend a lot of extra time with my daughter on the soccer field.  A lot of people would have given up on her, but Jason didn't.  He was very kind and understanding with her.  We want to tell Jason to stay strong and never give up.

April and Kendall

My name is Jahnette Giana...my daughter is Gabriela Giana.  She played on Jason's U-12 tea this past season.  Jason is an amazing guy who inspired my daughter to work hard and always said "practice using your left foot", one of the things she is working on now to make Jason proud.
Jason was coaching during the time he became ill.
